Ministers are the punch line of viral songs about sharing Zol which is the primary reason THEY closed the sale of cigarettes to the people of South Africa. We are living in strange times where growing and smoking cannabis is legal and the guys who smoke cigarettes are suddenly dealing in black market trade. The law has flipped and the country is dealing this in various ways. I am dancing on a rebellious line while maintaining a legal grounding as I agitate and move through this reality.

In this episode, I will show you how to brew your own pineapple beer using ingredients you can buy at any essential goods store in South Africa. Being able to brew your own beer is an ancient technique and something that is still practiced across rural South Africa. The traditional beer called Quomboti is great, but if you have never had it before then it is probably not the best idea to try it as your first homebrew. There are lots of tricks that can be used to optimize any brewing process so unless you get your hands dirty and your vision blurry, you will not start to see them.
