GROWING your gut microbiome with FERMENTED PORRIDGE

Fermented foods are great tools for growing your gut microbiome and Mageu is a simple food that can be prepared in your own home without any previous experience. In this video, I detail the process we use to make the African fermented porridge called Mageu. I drink mixtures of this daily with or without fruit. My Zulu mom Besta taught me how to make it and my other half wrote a poem about it.
